ಈ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿಕೊಟ್ಟು ನಂತರ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಕೆ.ಜಿ.ಐ.ಡಿ. ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಬೇಕು. HRMS ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಆಥವಾ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ KGID ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಮೊದಲ ಎರಡು ಮತ್ತು ಕೊನೆಯ ಎರಡು ಅಕ್ಷರಗಳು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಆ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಬ್ ಮಿಟ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಆನಂತರ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ OTP ಬರುವುದು .

OTP ಯು ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿರುವುದು ನಂತರ ಆ ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಓ.ಟಿ.ಪಿ. ಯನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಒಟಿಪಿಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲು ಕೇವಲ 3 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಮಯವಕಾಶವಿದ್ದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆ ನಂತರ OTP ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರೀಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. OTP ಯನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಿಯಾದ ನಂತರ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಗಡೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಚಾ ಕೋಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಿ ಸಬ್ ಮಿಟ್ ಎಂದು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಸಬ್ ಮಿಟ್ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ  ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯು ತೆರೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.
