2022-23ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಸರಿದೂಗಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ನಿರಂತರ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ನಡೆಯದೆ ಇರುವ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಚೇತರಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿ 8 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಪುನರ್ಬಲನ ಮತ್ತು ಆಕರ್ಷದಾಯಕ ಕಲಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಹಾಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹರ್ಷದಾಯಕ ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು 8th English Learning Sheet 2 ಅನ್ನು ಉತ್ತರಿಸೋಣ.

Bus Stand: Welcome to KSRTC Bangalore. Bus no. KA 21 F 2022 from Dharmastala via Hassan to is ready to leave. Passengers are requested to travel with a valid ticket. Travelling without a ticket can fetch you a penalty up to Rs.500. Thank you for travelling with us. Maintain cleanliness.

School: Stand at ease, stand at attention. Good morning children. There will be no classes for the students of grade 8 and 9. You are supposed to go to the library.

Mall: Welcome to ‘City Shopping Mall’. Due to COVID-19, the mall will be open from 9 am to 2pm only. Sunday will be a holiday. Wear your mask properly. Maintain social distance.

Announcement 1:

When is the meeting scheduled?

ANS: The meeting will be scheduled on 24th Aug 2022 between 10AM to 12PM.

Who is requested to attend the meeting?

ANS: All parents are requested to attend the meeting.

Announcement 2:

2.1: What is the announcement about? What is the name of Express?

ANS: The announcement is about the arrival and departure of trains. Parasuram is the name of express.

2.2: Which train is arriving on platform no. 2?

ANS: Mangalore-Chennai Mail is arriving on platform no 2.

2.3: Which railway station it is? Which train is running late?

ANS: It is Mangalore Railway Station. Train no. 16649, Parasuram Express is running late by 35 minutes.

Learning Outcome 8.2: Uses polite expressions to communicate such as ‘May I borrow your book?’, ‘I would like to differ’ etc.
